Eligibility for Returns

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Used or opened patches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at mission@zerodard.comΒ with clear photos and order details.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
